October 13-14, 2009 The New York Stem Cell Foundation’s Fourth Annual Translational Stem Cell Research Conference will take place on October 13 and 14, 2009 at the Rockefeller University in New York City. The conference, the preeminent gathering of its kind, is devoted to demonstrating the potential of stem cell research to advance cures for the major diseases of our time.
The first day of the conference includes panel discussions about taking research “from the lab bench to the bedside.” The second day has sessions focused on particular diseases, with presentations by top researchers from the US and abroad. Throughout the conference, the NYSCF Post-Doctoral Fellows present their work in poster sessions.
