After suffering a massive stroke in 2000, John Brodie, NFL MVP SF 49er Quarterback, Senior PGA golfer and NBC broadcaster, underwent adult stem cell treatments which have dramatically improved his ability to walk, talk and speak again.
John now devotes much of his time to help build awareness and education for the stem cell movement. The Brodie Golf Classic contributes 100% of the event net proceeds to The New York Stem Cell Foundation to advance the research of Stem Cell therapies and treat stroke, Parkinson’s, Alzheimer’s, spinal cord injuries and other diseases.
